dibrokerWest, LLC, established in 2001, is the result of a merger between Jerry Koll and Doug Lenhoff , both of Portland, Oregon. These long-standing insurance brokerage operations focus almost exclusively on Individual Disability Insurance. Today, dibrokerWest is one of the largest independent multi-company Disability Brokerage firms in the country. dibrokerWest currently provides DI and CI products and services to several National Sales Organizations as well as over 6000 independent insurance professionals in all 50 states.

Doug Lenhoff, MBA and Jerry Koll, CLU, ChFC formed Koll-Lenhoff (now dibrokerWest) in 2000, after having individually established successful disability brokerage firms. Jerry began his insurance sales career in 1965 and became a disability specialist in 1980. Doug’s career began in 1985 as a Disability Sales Consultant with Provident Life and Accident, after serving as an Infantry Officer in the US Army.

Today both men speak and train agents regularly on disability subjects. They are big supporters of NAIFA and other industry professional organizations, both men have served as President of their local and state NAIFA.
